Mission
Friends of El Camino Real is the "Friends Group" of volunteers and docents that supports El Camino Real Historic Trail Site. We support the Historic Trail Site through financial support, special events, this website, outreach programs and other activities to promote the museum, the trail, and heritage of El Camino Real - the oldest emigrant trail in the Americas.
Museum Store
The Friends Group operates the museum store. The store offers an excellent selection of books on New Mexican culture, history and geology, native peoples, history of El Camino Real and books for children including bilingual (Spanish and English) titles. The store also sells Camino Real T-shirts, jewelry, tin work ornaments and decorative items, maps, postcards, miscellaneous souvenirs, snacks and bottled water.
